My commitment and passion for change is underpinned by the firm belief that people are the true differentiator in modern organisations. I use a collaborative approach with clients and their key stakeholders to enable them to meet the needs of their organisations. I take time to understand their organisation – my coaching is tightly aligned to their desired business outcomes. As a coach I am determined, insightful and professional, supporting senior individuals who want to take their performance on to the next level. I have a real depth of psychological training expertise and experience that helps me understand people and what makes them tick.

I have worked as an independent, transformational coach for 13 years; my experience ranges from working with senior leaders of public and private sector organisations through to young, dynamic and entrepreneurial leaders of SME’s. I offer a bespoke coaching service to those wishing to:
