May meeting takeaways...

The CY monthly meeting continued in its new Zoom format today with another well-attended and lively session.  It really is great to see everyone even if it can’t be in person just now, and well, almost everyone does seem to have mastered the technology, just the odd bit of ‘You’re on mute still!” At least there were no animals wandering through at intervals.

Marianne Smith from Doo Marketing was this month’s guest speaker, with a well-structured and informative presentation that was not so much about marketing as it was the importance of setting, managing and meeting customer expectations in securing the relationships to drive follow on business. Plenty of take-aways for all sorts of business.
